A young girl is institutionalized by her abusive stepfather. Retreating to an alternative reality as a coping strategy, she envisions a plan which will help her escape from the mental facility

The movie Sucker Punch takes the viewers in to the real world of an emotionally challenged girl who has her life about too take a drastic change. The content may sound disturbing to some but it is obvious that the plot has some bitter but harsh reality captured in it which might interest the audience wit its unique storyline.


Australian born actress Emily Browning will start as Baby Doll a mentally disturbed who awaits her fate take turns. The movie must have been a different kind of an experience to this budding diva who has been able to create her own fan base within a short while. The movie also features the Disney fame Vanesssa Hudgens

As Baby Doll is kept under observation in a mental establishment her evil step father plans to go ahead with a lobotomy operation on her that might lead to the worsening of her already bad condition. Gripped by the fear for her future she seeks salvation in an alternative reality where she can imagine the most impossible thing to be possible and at the same time provides means to cope with her impeding tragedy. In that alternate reality she plans her escape from the facility settling on the necessity of five objects in order to free herself from this prison and from the villainous hands of his wicked step father.
