Bradford will portray an ex-convict who is entangled in the troubles of a battered wife (Calzado). Although she reprised the role that won her an Urian Best Supporting Actress award in 2005, she still audition for the role.

Sigaw is a Filipino Pinoy Tagalog horror film directed by Yam Laranas, the title translates into either “Shout” or “Scream” in English but has been released as The Echo internationally to avoid confusion with the US horror film Scream. The film was a box office success in the Philippines where the horror genre has become increasingly popular. The success of the film also owes much to the bankability of its two main male stars. In 2005, the film received a release in both Singapore and Malaysia.

Dr. Jimmy de Guzman (FPJ) a military survives an ambush in 1989 killing his wife and child. He eliminates all the killers except one. In Cebu City, 1997 de Guzman is a high regarded surgeon. A tragedy occurs in his career. He operates on his girlfriends’s nieceand the patient dies, suddenly and unexpectedly his reputation was ruined. Dr. de Guzman moves out of Cebu and goes to a sum community in Manila. He drowns his misery in alcohol. A pretty nurse who is active in the community helps him.
